The Best Study Snacks for Long Time Studying

If you’re like me, you’re ALWAYS studying. Every student has gone through the rough all-nighters or the nights where you feel like you study so much that your head will explode. I get it, I totally do. Snacks are a good thing to give you energy and to fuel your body when you’re working so hard. Here are my favorite snacks to get through a long time of studying!

Granola Bars

Granola bars are the easiest snack to pack when you want to study. Plus the oats are packed with fiber and nutrients. These are also easy on the go snacks for any student to pack!

Fruit & Veggies

Fruit and Veggies are a perfect snack for any time, but for studying, fruits and veggies have great nutrients to keep you full and focused. My favorites to eat while studying are berries, apples, grapes, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, and carrots! These are perfect snacks with minimal mess (you have to be careful with the berries though!) to keep you focused and your notes clean.

Popcorn

Air popped popcorn is SO good for you! If you make this and put it in a bag, it’s mess free, and easy to snack on when you get hungry.

Avocado Toast

Avocados are healthy fats and they actually help with blood flow. If you put avocado on whole grain toast, you have extra nutrients and fiber. Top with an egg or other veggies to make your toast more fun. I also like to mash my avocados with peas for lower calories and better nutrient count, plus it tastes better!

Yogurt

Yogurt is good for you, and topping it with fruit, granola, honey, and other toppings you like packs extra nutrients. When studying, oats bring fiber and berries help with focus, especially blueberries if you like them!

Almonds

Almonds which are also mess free and easy to pack, have a lot of nutrients as well as being low calorie. These are also easy to snack on and perfect for a good focus snack.

Hard Boiled Eggs

Hard boiled eggs keep you full, and also contain choline to improve brain function and memory. I swear off of hard boiled eggs and they’re also easy to prepare the night before!

Coffee (IN MODERATION)

90% of the time, I always have coffee when I study (even if I buy it). Caffeine helps improve brain function, but too much of it can make you jittery, anxious, and unfocused, which is why coffee is good in moderation.

Those were my favorite study snack ideas for when you study for what feels like forever! I try to keep up with these because I don’t want to snack on junk food while studying. What are your favorite study snacks?

xoxo
